Abu Dhabi is the largest emirate of the UAE. The city is also the
federal capital. Abu Dhabi is positioned on a T-shaped island
extending into the Arabian Gulf. Due to the effect of the oil and gas
industry, Abu Dhabi has grown as the wealthiest of the seven emirates.
Abu Dhabi rental market is very tight and extremely competitive. In
recent years, rents have soared quickly as a result of the growing
demand and increasing costs. In Abu Dhabi, many people live in
apartments. Abu Dhabi apartment are usually tall buildings of about
twenty floors and most of them have no or little parking. Also
several apartment buildings have restrictions on pets; cats are more
accepted than dogs.
Only few apartments in Abu Dhabi provide gyms and swimming pools.
Fortunately, one can find a range of beach, health, golf and sports
clubs for sport, leisure and recreation.
